Supply necessary content, feedback, and approvals on time
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during project execution
All prices are agreed upon prior to starting work
Late or incomplete payments may result in project delays or suspension
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. Once a project has started, refunds are not guaranteed. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative work remains the property of Digital Amuse until full payment is received
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client
Digital Amuse reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
6. Revisions
Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra charges.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
8. Third-Party Services
Digital Amuse may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Digital Amuse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
