All services offered by Digital Amuse are digital and customized based on client requirements. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds and returns are not guaranteed once work has started.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been started.
  • Payment was made in error or duplicated.
  • The project is canceled by Digital Amuse due to internal reasons.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already begun or has been delivered.
  • Change of mind after project approval.
  • Delays caused by the client (missing content, feedback, or approvals).
  • Completed or partially completed projects.

4. Revisions & Support

We offer revisions according to the agreed project scope to ensure satisfaction. Revision limits and timelines are defined during project discussion and agreement.


5. Returns Policy

As Digital Amuse provides digital services, there are no physical products to return.


6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
